4D Molecular Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FDMT) granted a total of 229,700 restricted stock units to 20 new non-executive hires across three awards in 2026 under its Employment Inducement Award Plan. The grants occurred on February 10, April 14, and July 14, as part of Nasdaq-compliant inducement awards.
4D Molecular Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FDMT) has granted a total of 229,700 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to 20 newly hired non-executive employees across three separate awards during 2026. All grants were made under the Company’s 2025 Employment Inducement Award Plan, as amended, pursuant to Nasdaq Rule 5635(c)(4) for equity grants to induce new employees to join the Company.
On February 10, 2026, the compensation committee of the board of directors awarded 124,200 RSUs to nine new employees. Subsequently, on April 14, 2026, the committee granted 67,600 RSUs to five employees. Most recently, on July 14, 2026, 37,900 RSUs were granted to six employees. Each grant was announced shortly after the respective grant date.
4DMT is a late-stage biotechnology company focused on developing durable, disease-targeted genetic medicines. Its lead candidate, 4D-150, is in Phase 3 development for wet age-related macular degeneration and is also being studied for diabetic macular edema. The product candidate delivers a sustained anti-VEGF therapy with a single intravitreal injection. A second candidate, 4D-710, is an aerosol-delivered genetic medicine for cystic fibrosis that has demonstrated successful CFTR transgene expression in the lung. All product candidates remain investigational and have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency.
