13 participants will be in sprint interval training group, who will only perform repeated sprint exercise. 30m-all out sprint with repetitions

Continuous aerobic conditioning

13 participants will be in continuous aerobic conditioning training group, who will only perform aerobic exercise. running along with increase duration.
