Summary
This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effects of a 10-week structured motor development program based on traditional Turkish children's games on motor competence, balance performance, physical activity self-efficacy, and physical activity enjoyment in primary school children. Forty children were randomly assigned to either an intervention group participating in the traditional games program twice weekly or a control group continuing their regular physical education curriculum. Outcome measures were assessed at baseline and after the intervention to determine the effectiveness of the program in improving physical and psychosocial outcomes.

Traditional Turkish Children's Games Program
Participants received a structured Traditional Turkish Children's Games Program for 10 weeks, twice weekly, with each session lasting approximately 40-45 minutes in addition to regular physical education classes.
