Summary

This is a randomized controlled trial conducted to evaluate the positive mental health effects of a bibliotherapy program applied to inpatients in a psychiatric clinic. Bibliotherapy, implemented in a group format, strengthens social interaction and a sense of belonging among patients, thereby supporting positive psychological functioning.
