Summary

This research aims to examine the effect of scenario-based first aid training on accidents and injuries given to middle school students on their first aid knowledge and skills. The research will be conducted using a pre-test-post-test single-group quasi-experimental design. The study will be carried out with 7th grade students (n=68) studying at Mehmet Akif Ersoy Middle School in Eğirdir district of Isparta province, Turkey.

Scenario-based first aid training

The training program will consist of four sessions; the first two sessions will consist of a theoretical presentation enriched with visual content, the third session will involve interactive scenario-based applications with students, and the fourth session will focus on analysis after the scenario application.
