Summary

To determine if vascular beta3 adrenergic receptors are present and functional in aging women and can be targeted to attenuate sympathetic vasoconstriction and enhance vascular function in aging women.

Participants will receive a placebo in pill form.

Participants will receive oral gemtesa (75 mg).
