ICE Arrests Criminal Illegal Aliens Including Gang Members, Sex Offenders, Drug Traffickers
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced arrests of criminal illegal aliens convicted of sex crimes against children, drug trafficking, and gang activity. Nearly 70% of ICE arrests involve individuals charged or convicted of crimes in the U.S.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of criminal illegal aliens across the country, including an MS-13 gang member, pedophiles, rapists, and drug traffickers. Nearly 70% of illegal aliens arrested by ICE have criminal records or are charged with crimes in the United States.
Recent arrests include Gasper Florentino, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and MS-13 gang member, convicted for aggravated sexual battery of a victim 13-14-years-old and rape by force, threat, or intimidation in Fairfax, Virginia. ICE Chicago arrested Juan Leonardo Alvarado-Gonzalez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child in Cook County, Illinois.
Drug trafficking arrests include Yancarlos Marte-Morel, a criminal illegal alien from The Dominican Republic, convicted for conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl by the United States District Court of Massachusetts. Jeovanny Porras-Rodriguez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted for trafficking in methamphetamine in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Rudy Euceda, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, was convicted for criminal sale of a controlled substance in Riverhead, New York.
Additional sex crime arrests include Michelle Rodriguez-Berrio, a criminal illegal alien from Colombia, convicted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rene Lopez-Balbuena, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted for endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault of a child in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Luis Elias-Santos, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted for second-degree statutory rape in Boone County, Missouri.
Over Presidents' Day weekend, arrests included Jorge Silvestre-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico convicted for possession of child porn images in Harris County, Texas. Efren Guzman-Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, was convicted for indecency with child-sexual contact and child grooming in Bastrop County, Texas. Javier Millan-Salgado, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico on the sex offender registry, was convicted for lewd or lascivious acts with child under 14 in Martinez, California.
Additional weekend arrests included Francisco Javier Chavez, Miguel Vicente-Miguel, and Pedro Jucub, all convicted for sex crimes involving minors in California and Missouri. Apolinar Cardenas-Gaona was convicted for sex assault in South Salt Lake City, Utah, and Pedro Fernandez-Reyes was convicted for sexual abuse in New City, New York.
Drug-related arrests over the weekend included Ever Rivera-Molina, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras convicted for conspiracy to distribute crystal methamphetamine in San Antonio, Texas. Alfredo Vargas, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in Iowa. Wilfrido Varelas-Rubio, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in Montana. Hermilio Salgado-Castro was convicted for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine in Raleigh, North Carolina. Saul Alonzo Portillo-Lopez was convicted for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in Alpine, Texas.
Other arrests included Leonardo Garcia-Meza, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for aggravated assault date/family/household member with a deadly weapon in Collin County, Texas. Minh Tai Son Tran, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, was convicted for three counts of burglary-forced entry-residence in Fairfax, Virginia. Gerson Valverde, a criminal illegal alien from Nicaragua, was convicted for felony assault, felony aggravated family offense, and misdemeanor stalking in Saratoga County, New York. Francisco Gamez-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Lakeland, Florida.
ICE reported facing a more than 1,300% increase in assaults against its personnel amid what it described as doxing, threats, and harassment.
