20/20 BioLabs Lists on Nasdaq and Signs U.S. License Deal With ROKIT Healthcare
20/20 BioLabs began trading on Nasdaq under ticker AIDX and disclosed a contingent financing agreement of up to $40 million. It later signed an exclusive U.S. license deal with ROKIT to add CKD prediction to OneTest for Longevity.
20/20 BioLabs, Inc. announced that its Class A ordinary shares started trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Feb. 19, 2026 under the ticker symbol "AIDX". The company also said on March 24, 2026 that it entered into an exclusive U.S. technology license and access agreement with ROKIT Healthcare Inc. to integrate ROKIT’s proprietary chronic kidney disease prediction algorithm into the 20/20 Longevity Platform.
The company said it has entered into a contingent financing agreement with an institutional investor which, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, could provide up to $40 million, subject to 20/20 BioLabs meeting certain performance metrics. The first $5 million of these funds is expected to close on the day trading began.
Under the agreement with ROKIT, 20/20 will integrate ROKIT’s proprietary chronic kidney disease, or CKD, prediction algorithm into the 20/20 Longevity Platform, expanding its suite of biomarker-based disease-risk assessment tools. ROKIT agreed to reimburse 20/20 for one-third of mutually agreed sales and marketing expenses in exchange for a running royalty to ROKIT on net sales of the combined product. The companies also anticipate negotiating a separate agreement under which ROKIT may receive exclusive rights to commercialize 20/20’s longevity platform in Korea and potentially other East Asian markets.
The company said OneTest for Longevity measures inflammatory biomarkers and launched in February 2026. The addition of CKD prediction capabilities expands OneTest for Longevity with chronic kidney disease risk assessment. Chronic kidney disease affects more than 35 million Americans, and early detection remains one of the most effective strategies for slowing progression.
20/20 BioLabs said OneTest for Cancer is a multi-cancer early detection blood test and OneTest for Longevity is a blood test that tracks biomarkers of inflammation associated with chronic diseases including heart attacks, cancers, dementia, diabetes, and mental health. The company said its tests are run in its College of American Pathologists accredited, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments licensed laboratory in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
