Summary
This randomized controlled trial evaluated the effect of an educational intervention on sleep quality, sleep hygiene practices, and physical activity among medical students at Cairo University. Participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups that received sleep-related education through different delivery methods. Sleep quality and related behaviors were assessed before and after the intervention using validated questionnaires. The study aimed to determine whether the educational intervention could improve sleep quality and promote healthier sleep practices among medical students.
