Summary

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of neuro-athletic training on physical performance and position sense in cross-country skiers.

Interventions

OTHER

Neuro athletic training

The neuroathletic training includes exercises that stimulate the visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems. The neuroathletic training includes 3 days per week for 8 weeks.

OTHER

Conventional training

Conventional training includes flexibility exercises, strengthening exercises, running, balance and sport-specific technique work 5 days per week.
