Bosentan is an oral dual endothelin receptor antagonist used primarily for pulmonary arterial hypertension. It is marketed under names including Tracleer and is also used to reduce digital ulcers in systemic sclerosis. The medicine is prescription-only and has been approved in the U.S. since 2001.
