12 weeks of creating monohydrate supplementation at 5 gm, twice per day

Microcrystalline Cellulose

Microcrystalline cellulose, which is an inert powder that is indistinguishable from creatine monohydrate in all sensory and procedural aspects, including appearance, taste, and solvability
