Summary

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of oral low dose doxycycline in the treatment of corneal burn.

DRUG

Doxycycline

Tablets Doxycycline 50mg bid for 2 weeks,50mg qd for 10 weeks.

DRUG

Placebo

Tablets placebo one PO per day for 12 weeks
