SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) is an interleukin-23 antagonist used across plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis in adults. It is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that selectively binds the p19 subunit of IL-23 and inhibits downstream pro-inflammatory signaling. U.S. initial approval was in 2019.
