Mavyret (glecaprevir/pibrentasvir) is an oral fixed-dose direct-acting antiviral combination for acute or chronic hepatitis C virus infection across genotypes 1-6 in adults and pediatric patients aged 3 years and older with appropriate liver status. It is typically given once daily with food for regimen-specific durations. Initial U.S. approval was in 2017.
