LB-100 is a water-soluble small-molecule inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) under investigation as a chemo- and radiosensitizing anticancer agent. It is in active clinical trial development for selected solid and hematologic malignancies. Current evidence supports investigational use rather than marketed approval.
