Ibrutinib is an oral Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor marketed as Imbruvica. It is used for B-cell malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma and Waldenström macroglobulinemia, and also for chronic graft-versus-host disease. The FDA first approved it on November 13, 2013.
