Blinatumomab is a bispecific T-cell engager immunotherapy marketed as Blincyto for B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It targets CD19 on B cells and CD3 on T cells to direct cytotoxic immune killing. The therapy is administered by intravenous infusion and was first approved in the U.S. in 2014.
Ascentage Pharma said six clinical abstracts were selected for ASCO 2026 and four preclinical studies will be presented at AACR 2026. The presentations feature olverembatinib and other pipeline candidates.
