Blinatumomab is a bispecific T-cell engager immunotherapy marketed as Blincyto for B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It targets CD19 on B cells and CD3 on T cells to direct cytotoxic immune killing. The therapy is administered by intravenous infusion and was first approved in the U.S. in 2014.
