Large B-cell lymphoma (typically diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, DLBCL) is a fast-growing lymphoma arising from B lymphocytes and can involve lymph nodes or extranodal sites. It is aggressive but often treatable, and some patients can be cured with appropriate therapy.
