Hodgkin lymphoma is a lymphoid malignancy characterized by abnormal Reed-Sternberg cells in an inflammatory background. It often presents with painless lymphadenopathy and may include systemic B symptoms. With modern therapy, cure rates are high in many patients, especially at earlier stages.
