Suspension Exercises Using the Redcord® Neurac Method
A standardized suspension exercise program based on the Redcord® Neurac method, consisting of 12 supervised treatment sessions over 6 weeks.

Conventional Physiotherapy
A standardized conventional physiotherapy program consisting of thermotherapy, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and a home exercise program, delivered in 12 supervised treatment sessions over 6 weeks.
