Multi-Field-Strength MRI Brain Atlas Construction in Healthy Chinese Population
NCT07786233 · Status: RECRUITING · Phase: NA · Type: INTERVENTIONAL · Enrollment: 500
Last updated 2026-08-25
Summary
This prospective imaging study aims to construct a multi-field-strength magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain atlas for healthy Chinese adults. Healthy volunteers will undergo standardized brain MRI examinations at multiple magnetic field strengths, including 0.55T, 1.5T, 3T, 5T, and 7T. Structural, diffusion, functional, and other quantitative MRI data will be acquired and analyzed. The study will characterize the consistency and differences in brain morphology and imaging measurements across field strengths and establish standardized multi-field-strength brain templates and reference data for healthy Chinese adults.
