DRUG

Gel foam

Patients will receive gel foam only.

DRUG

Thymoquinone gel + gel foam

Patients will receive 0.2% thymoquinone gel + gel foam.

Nano-formulated 0.2% thymoquinone gel + gel foam

Patients will receive nano-formulated 0.2% thymoquinone gel + gel foam.
