Summary
This is a study at Sohag university Hospitals aims to determine overall diagnostic yield of Holter monitoring in children presented with arrythmia symptoms in Sohag university Hospitals, The investigators will include any child that will undergo Holter study for evaluation of his symptoms.

Evaluation of symptoms
A study is to determine overall diagnostic yield of Holter monitoring in children presented with arrythmia symptoms. Before Holter monitoring, all patients will be evaluated completely, including : socio-demographic factors, clinical examination, investigations like routine lab , 12 lead ECG , EEG in some cases , Echocardiography. Duration of Holter monitoring is 24 hours.
