Purposes of the study

To investigate the effect of adding Trans-spinal Electromagnetic Neuromodulation to conventional physical therapy in patients with Discogenic Lumbosacral Radiculopathy

Interventions

OTHER

Trans-spinal Electromagnetic Neuromodulation

Trans-spinal electromagnetic neuromodulation will be applied for 15 minutes on the affected segment

OTHER

Conventional physical therapy

Conventional physical therapy consisting of: Hot pack on lumbar spine. Neurodynamic mobilization. Rotatory mobilization and rotatory manipulation for lumbar spine. Core stability exercises.
