Summary
This study aims to enhance osteoporosis awareness and health literacy among individuals through audiovisual digital educational content generated using the NotebookLM artificial intelligence platform, based on educational materials developed by the International Osteoporosis Foundation. In addition, the effects of these audiovisual educational materials on osteoporosis knowledge and digital health literacy will be evaluated.

Audio-Based Digital Education (Podcast)
Participants assigned to this arm will receive audio-based digital educational content in the form of a podcast series generated using the NotebookLM artificial intelligence platform. The content is based on educational materials developed by the International Osteoporosis Foundation and covers osteoporosis definition, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention strategies. The intervention is limited to educational content delivery and involves no clinical, laboratory, imaging, or invasive procedures.

Participants assigned to this arm will receive visual digital educational content in the form of a video series generated using the NotebookLM artificial intelligence platform. The intervention consists solely of educational material delivery, with no clinical, laboratory, imaging, or invasive interventions involved.
