Chidamide 30mg TIW po,etoposide 100 mg/m2 was administered day1; methylprednisolone 2mg/kg days 1 to 3,then 0.75mg/kg day 4 to 6,0.25mg/kg day 7 to 9,and 0.1mg/kg day 10 to 21
