Summary

This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase II clinical trial evaluating pembrolizumab in combination with carboplatin/paclitaxel as a treatment in unresectable locally advanced or metastatic melanoma.

Pembrolizumab

200 mg IV every 3 weeks

Carboplatin

AUC=6, every 3 weeks x 4

Paclitaxel

175 mg/m2, every 3 weeks x 4
