Summary

Ilaprazole is a novel proton pump inhibitor and metabolized by CYP3A4 and 2C19. Thus genetic polymorphisms of CYP3A4 and 2C19 may have effect on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Ilaprazole.
