Interventions

DRUG

Cisplatin: 40 mg/m2 weekly during radiation

Cisplatin: 40 mg/m2 weekly during radiation for 7 doses

RADIATION

Radiation: 60-66 Gy in 2 Gy daily fractions

Radiation: 60-66 Gy in 2 Gy daily fractions
