Novartis Acquires Pikavation for Up to $3 Billion in Cancer Pipeline Expansion

Novartis will acquire Pikavation Therapeutics for up to $3 billion to gain its PI3Kα inhibitor programs, led by SNV4818 for metastatic breast cancer.
