Zeposia (ozanimod) is an oral sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor modulator indicated in adults for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis and for moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. It has a titration-based initiation regimen and ongoing post-approval safety monitoring requirements in labeling. U.S. initial approval was in 2020.
