VIR-5525 is an investigational EGFR-targeting PRO-XTEN dual-masked T-cell engager in first-in-human Phase 1 evaluation for EGFR-expressing solid tumors. The trial is testing monotherapy and combination with pembrolizumab across tumor types such as NSCLC, colorectal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. It is not approved for marketing.
