UBT251 is a long-acting synthetic triple agonist peptide targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors, jointly developed by United Biotechnology and Novo Nordisk. Phase 2 data in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes showed significant HbA1c and weight reductions, and global phase 1b/2a and phase 2 programs are ongoing. It remains investigational and not yet approved.
