Sacituzumab govitecan-hziy is marketed as TRODELVY, a Trop-2-directed antibody-drug conjugate used in pretreated unresectable locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer and HR-positive/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer.
