Ramucirumab is marketed as CYRAMZA and is an anti-cancer biologic used across several advanced solid tumors. The prescribing information describes it as a VEGFR2 antagonist with indications in gastric/GEJ adenocarcinoma, NSCLC, metastatic colorectal cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
