QRX003 is an investigational topical broad-spectrum serine protease inhibitor lotion developed by Quoin for Netherton syndrome and additional rare dermatologic indications. It is designed to compensate for missing LEKTI function and normalize kallikrein activity to improve skin barrier integrity.
