Krazati is the brand name for adagrasib, an oral KRAS G12C-targeted oncology medicine. It is indicated as single-agent therapy in previously treated KRAS G12C-mutated advanced/metastatic NSCLC and in combination with cetuximab for similarly mutated advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer after prior chemotherapy. Initial U.S. approval was in 2022 and current U.S. indications are under accelerated approval.
