Jaypirca is the brand name for pirtobrutinib, an oral BTK inhibitor approved by the U.S. FDA for certain relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies. It is described as the first FDA-approved non-covalent (reversible) BTK inhibitor and received expanded CLL/SLL labeling in December 2025. The drug is administered once daily until progression or unacceptable toxicity.
