Isturisa (osilodrostat) is an oral cortisol synthesis inhibitor approved in the U.S. for adults with Cushing's disease when pituitary surgery is not possible or has not been curative. It is typically initiated twice daily and titrated based on cortisol response and clinical status. Initial U.S. approval was granted in 2020.
