INKmune is an investigational cell-based innate immune therapy platform from INmune Bio designed to prime a patient's resting NK cells into tumor-killing memory-like NK cells. It is delivered by simple intravenous infusion and is being studied in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and other NK-resistant tumor contexts. The program is clinical-stage and unapproved.
