IDE034 is an investigational bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) co-targeting B7H3 and PTK7 with a topoisomerase I payload strategy for solid tumors. It has FDA IND clearance for initiation of a Phase 1 trial and began first-patient dosing in 2026. Development focus includes multiple B7H3/PTK7-expressing metastatic solid tumors.
