Hemlibra (emicizumab-kxwh) is a bispecific antibody prophylactic treatment for hemophilia A in newborns, children, and adults, including those with or without factor VIII inhibitors. It is given subcutaneously with flexible weekly, biweekly, or four-weekly maintenance schedules after loading. Initial U.S. approval was in 2017.
