Fruquintinib is an oral, highly selective inhibitor of VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and VEGFR-3, marketed as Fruzaqla. It is used for previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer in adults. In the United States, it received FDA approval on November 8, 2023.
