Fludarabine is a purine analogue antineoplastic chemotherapy agent used for leukemia and lymphoma, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It is commonly administered as fludarabine phosphate by intravenous or oral routes. It was approved for medical use in the United States in 1991.
