Dulaglutide is a once-weekly injectable GLP-1 receptor agonist (incretin mimetic) marketed as Trulicity for type 2 diabetes management and cardiovascular risk reduction in eligible adults with type 2 diabetes. It is administered subcutaneously and is prescription-only in major markets. The FDA approved dulaglutide in September 2014.
