Coramitug is a humanized monoclonal antibody under investigation for transthyretin amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM). It targets misfolded transthyretin and is designed to promote amyloid clearance. Phase 2 data reported biomarker improvement at the higher dose but no statistically significant six-minute walk benefit within 52 weeks.
