Ajovy (fremanezumab-vfrm) is a calcitonin gene-related peptide antagonist used for preventive migraine treatment. Current U.S. labeling includes adults and pediatric episodic migraine patients aged 6 to 17 years who weigh at least 45 kg. It is given by subcutaneous injection with monthly or quarterly adult dosing options.
