Adcetris is the brand name for brentuximab vedotin, a CD30-directed antibody-drug conjugate used across multiple CD30-positive lymphoid malignancies. Labeling includes adult and selected pediatric classical Hodgkin lymphoma settings, systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma/peripheral T-cell lymphoma contexts, cutaneous CD30-positive disease, and relapsed/refractory LBCL combination use. It is administered intravenously and has an initial U.S. approval in 2011.
