Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia is a rare indolent B-cell lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma characterized by bone marrow infiltration and monoclonal IgM overproduction. Clinical complications include hyperviscosity, neuropathy, anemia, and constitutional symptoms.
